QIS Survey Process

As CMS transition’s the nations nursing homes to the QIS process providers must keep in mind that one of the unstated goals is to improve quality.  The QIS process will test each facility’s system of customer satisfaction, organizational responsiveness,  facility operational results, communications and innovation.
